Specify an operating model for a product expansion

We are adding a new product line and need a clear operating model before we expand the team around it. Existing notes identify goals and stakeholders, but they do not yet tell managers which decisions, handoffs, and measures belong to each role. We need someone who can turn the available material into functional specifications for the new operating model. The final package should define the workflow, role boundaries, decision points, and a measurable first-quarter review. Our budget range is €1,800–€2,250 depending on the depth of the specification and workshops required.
