Launch a Simple Expert Booking Portal

We began matching independent specialists with small teams through email and shared calendars. Demand is now steady enough that the manual process causes double bookings, delayed confirmations, and too many “Did this go through?” messages. We need a fixed-scope first release where visitors can understand the offer, browse a concise expert list, request an available time, receive confirmation, and view practical preparation guidance. The build should include a responsive public site, basic scheduling flow, lightweight admin handoff, accessible content structure, analytics events, deployment, and a short maintenance guide. Existing scheduling and payment services may be used where they reduce risk. Our budget is set at the 2,250 level. We would like to defer a portion of payment until the agreed booking flow is live and passes the acceptance checklist, so proposals should spell out that milestone clearly.
