Design a monthly product reporting pack

Our product team needs a compact reporting pack that helps managers understand growth, delivery progress, and customer feedback without reconciling several spreadsheets. The first users are product leads and finance partners who review the pack every month. We need someone who can design the report structure, create reusable visual components, and document how the team updates the pack on an ongoing retainer. Start with the supplied metrics and existing materials, then deliver an editable template and a short user journey for preparing and reviewing each edition. We can consider equity plus cash alongside the €500 initial scope.
