Scale a campaign reporting and copy workflow

Our service team is taking on more customer campaigns and needs a repeatable way to plan content, track channel activity, and turn results into useful client updates. The present process works for a handful of accounts but becomes fragmented when several people contribute. We need someone who can augment the team by defining the workflow, preparing reporting templates, and writing the core client-facing guidance.
