Prototype a visual archive for public programme assets

Ferraro Practice has design files and presentation assets from several public programmes, but they are difficult to find and reuse. The team wants a modest proof of concept for moving selected material into a visual archive that supports future project proposals. Set up the initial asset model, migrate an agreed sample, and demonstrate how staff can browse by programme, audience and format. Payment is released at the delivery milestone. The prototype is complete when the team can locate an approved item and understand its intended use.
