Maintain an onboarding blueprint for advisory clients

Our advisory team uses an onboarding blueprint to coordinate new client work, but its templates and ownership notes no longer reflect the way projects are delivered. We need a careful maintenance pass before the next intake cycle. We need someone who can review the existing blueprint, update the key templates and decision points, and prepare a lightweight launch package for client managers. Finished work must preserve the current approach where it still works, identify changed sections clearly, and include a checklist that a manager can use to verify the first live onboarding. The €600 budget covers a defined maintenance release; no budget figure needs to appear in the public brief.
