Current intake notes sometimes contain personal details that should never reach a model provider. Build a proof of concept that redacts defined identifiers, records user consent, restricts source access, and routes uncertain cases to a human before any generated summary is saved. The outcome is a runnable prototype, ten adversarial test cases, a data-flow diagram, and a gap list for production compliance. Budget range: $1,000–$1,800.
