Create a incident triage copilot for a commercial operations team

The current incident triage copilot leaves a commercial operations team spending too much time reconciling information and chasing routine decisions. The assignment suits someone who can identify practical constraints, complete the agreed scope, and hand over files and notes that answer the team's questions. The result will be reviewed against the stated need, with key choices and operational limits captured in the handover. The €4,000 budget can be adjusted around a well-defined scope.
