Connect Lead Intake to Delivery and Billing

We want a focused exploratory sprint to prove whether three disconnected tools can support one reliable client workflow. Functional requirements: capture qualified lead data from our form; create or update the matching account in the delivery system; open a project from an approved proposal; pass agreed billing fields to our invoicing tool; prevent duplicates; record sync failures; and give an operator a simple retry path. The sprint should include a field map, working thin-slice integration, security notes, failure tests, and a recommendation for production scope. Our cash budget is intentionally lean at the 1,200 level for this proof, and we can discuss a modest equity component if the sprint leads to an ongoing technical partnership.
