Audit and improve a service-request intent model for a new service line

A new service line wants to make its service-request intent model dependable in day-to-day work. We need someone who can review the source materials, complete the defined scope, and document the choices that affect maintenance. The handover should clarify ownership, next actions, and remaining dependencies. The €3,250 budget is planned around agreed delivery milestones.
