I run interviews, map user journeys, shape feature priorities, and translate those findings into practical technical roadmaps for subscription products and internal applications. Founding and operating my own software company taught me that strategy must survive legacy services, limited engineering time, awkward migrations, and a runway that does not forgive vanity features. I facilitate discovery, test prototypes, define success measures, and stay close enough to delivery to keep decisions coherent; a well-worn rail map collected on my travels hangs above my desk.
