After leaving agency life, I focused on the difficult middle layer: preparing reliable data, connecting internal services, and making recommendations visible enough for staff to challenge. I design ingestion jobs, retrieval services, evaluation checks, and human review queues that fit existing permissions and support routines. A notebook of family recipes sits beside my technical diagrams; both improve when ingredients, substitutions, and failure points are written down.
