Rework the expertise matching assistant used by a technical support group

This project gives a technical support group a practical expertise matching assistant for the next delivery cycle. This work needs careful source review, a clear delivery plan, and a handover that does not depend on informal knowledge. Completion covers the priority workflow, the important decisions, and a concise final review. The €3,250 budget can be adjusted around a well-defined scope.
