Prototype a reliable intake workflow for digital cases

Okafor Digital is testing a proof of concept for a web-based intake workflow used by teams handling complex service cases. The early version needs stronger validation and clearer handoff rules before it can be shown to a client operations team. We need someone who can improve the workflow specification, implement the agreed changes, and test it against realistic cases. The budget range is €2,000–€2,250. Completion means users can submit a case, see useful validation feedback, and route it to the appropriate next step.
