Evolving Identity for a Home Retrofit Brand

After rapid growth, our home retrofit company has a recognizable identity but an inconsistent collection of ads, landing pages, sales PDFs, and partner materials. We need a senior designer who can refresh the system without discarding the trust already built. Responsibilities include auditing current assets, refining typography and color use, creating campaign templates, documenting paid-media variants, and supporting our internal team through the first two launches. This is an ongoing evolution rather than a reveal; compensation combines a cash fee with a small equity component for the right long-term collaborator.
