Create a sales presentation system for a learning and development unit

The existing sales presentation system makes a learning and development unit spend too long reconciling information and chasing routine decisions. The right freelancer can identify the working constraints, deliver the agreed result, and explain how the team should maintain it. The client will assess the outcome against the stated need and documented operational limits. The €800 budget is planned around agreed delivery milestones.
