Audit Our Guided Product Finder

Two releases ago we added a model-assisted product finder to an established retail site; conversion is stable, but the interface produces uneven recommendations and visually awkward fallback states. We need a fixed audit covering retrieval quality, prompt behavior, accessibility, frontend performance, and consistency with the component library. Deliver a prioritized findings report, annotated interface examples, reproducible test cases, and a remediation plan separated into quick fixes and structural work. No production changes are included. We are flexible on a fixed fee or capped day rate if the boundaries and evidence are clear.
