Untangle Our Model-Governance Content and Controls

We need a senior partner to lead a phased cleanup of the policies, customer explanations, and operating controls around our model-assisted advisory product. The first phase should inventory claims, data paths, approval steps, and jurisdiction-sensitive language; the second should prioritize gaps and design a remediation roadmap; later phases will implement approved changes and establish an evidence trail. You will own stakeholder interviews, risk mapping, policy and help-content rewrites, review-workflow design, and a practical governance playbook. Our team will provide product access, existing counsel notes, subject experts, and an engineering liaison. Success means every material claim has an owner, every sensitive output has an escalation route, and staff can follow the process without interpreting legal prose on the fly. This is a substantial engagement for someone who can bridge intelligent systems, operational design, and precise language. We have meaningful cash allocated and are open to adding a small equity component for a partner who takes responsibility through implementation.
