Replatform a customer onboarding service

Our software company is moving its customer onboarding service to a more maintainable web platform. The existing flow works, but integrations, account setup steps, and support content are spread across tools that are difficult to update together. We need someone who can plan and deliver a launch package for the replatformed service: map the current journey, define the technical migration tasks, build the priority web flows, and document the acceptance checks for launch. The work should leave the team with a support plan for the next iteration. Payment can be deferred within the €1,700 scope.
