Success for this proof of concept means our research assistant runs on a replaceable model gateway, retrieves from permission-filtered sources, cites every substantive answer, and records evaluation results without storing sensitive prompts in logs. Deliver a small replatformed slice covering one research workflow, migration notes for current prompts, latency and quality comparisons, and a rollback demonstration. It must pass twenty grounded-answer tests, five access-control scenarios, and a failure drill. We are flexible on fee structure if the proposal makes infrastructure and provider costs explicit.
