Greer & Co. is moving a collection of board-planning notes from inconsistent documents into a structured briefing set for owner-managed businesses. The current archive is useful but difficult to compare across engagements and slow to turn into a decision-ready update. The fixed project covers mapping the source material, migrating agreed fields, and producing a concise reporting view for advisers. Compensation includes a cash fee and an agreed equity component. The work will be judged by whether a director can see key decisions, financial assumptions and open actions in one consistent briefing format.
