Design a document intelligence pilot for a customer success function

Work on the document intelligence pilot has reached the point where a customer success function needs a clear implementation and handover. The client expects a review-ready outcome with essential decisions recorded and follow-up responsibilities made clear. The finished result should work for its intended users and leave the main assumptions visible. The project budget is €4,500.
