Build a onboarding question assistant for a field-delivery unit

A field-delivery unit needs a onboarding question assistant that makes ownership visible from request to review. The assignment calls for a focused implementation, practical decisions during delivery, and notes the client can use after handover. The final package needs to be immediately usable while supporting later changes. The project budget is €4,500.
